简介
Myrvin Kirwan (born 1st September 1978), who is also known by the stage name Speca Duss, is a Montserratian singer/song writer who performs mainly reggae music. Born and raised in Geralds’ Montserrat with his Mom and his three brothers Ronley, Denrick, and Caswel until the age of 15, he then migrated to England where he now resides. Speca Duss first started experimenting lyrically at the age of 8 with his peers but mostly with his friend Rohan Ryan, which led him and others to recognise his voice. Then he started practising with Anderson Kirnon (Calypso King Andy) and his brother Devy and Chefton singing ‘RnB’ songs. He then went on to majoring his 1st stage performance with Mr. Desmond ‘Flasher’ Daley. Today Speca Duss is still evolving in his art and many love to hear his melodic voice. Sweet Montserrat is a tribute to Speca's homeland, Montserrat. he talks about missing the beautiful island with all the charms and comforts he knew as a young man growing up. Sweet Montserrat is a must have song for all patriotic Montserratians around the world!
