Therapy Is Cancelled' is a sonic glimpse of my journey navigating this human existence. It's being naked when no one is watching, struggles with faith and realizing that angels are real, the many conversations that changed everything, birth charts as blueprints, purple slushies when you're thirsty, fulfilling your inner-child's wildest dreams and community. I really wanted to play around with different sounds and genres while still grounding the sound in my R&B roots "As much as I am a musician, I am an artist first and I’m really excited to combine the art and the music together and create something so astronomical and beautiful and challenge the boundaries and limitations that have been placed on South African artists in regards to what they can and can’t do. Especially black female artists. You’ll just have to watch the space and wait and see. I'm so excited!"
