We've all heard that 2 heads are better than one. If this is true then imagine what 3 can do. The group IL Legal was formed in 2007 by 2blac, Nevaever, and A.V.E. This group of aspiring rappers came together for one purpose, to combine their efforts together in order to make their dreams a reality.
