This is Luka's third official CD and with every new album, we can confess the growing of Luka's musical personality. Until now Luka Udjbinac has released CD's "Now & beyond" (2004.) (Straight-ahead jazz, bebop) and "Goin' my way.." (2005.) (World music, jazz, Africa, Brazil). For both albums Luka had many nominations for an awards, but for his second album "Goin' my way.." he recieved 7 awards in Croatia. This brand new CD is the first CD where Luka is presented not only as great guitar player, arranger, song and lyrics writer but as a singer as well. After his first concerts, critics wrote " Croatian Frank Sinatra is born". As Luka himself admit he listened to a lot of Sinatra's music and as well perform a lot of his standards on concerts, but as well because he is an amazing guitar player you can hear some of the influence of George Benson style. Luka Udjbinac is a musician who played with most of the famous jazz players and won a lot of awards as a guitar player (two time best Croatian jazz guitar player by the musician given award and audience given award), arrangement and songwriting awarded artist.
