I'm Swelter, a producer from Brisbane, Australia. I write conceptual, world influenced electronica. The 'In the Night Hours EP' tells a story through the course of a night, and captures all the emotions which unfold throughout.

Rituals is set at twilight - somewhere in a forest - with an intense, vaguely spiritual/unsettling vibe, as though the protagonist is involved in something tribal, which they don't quite understand. Jazz Smoke is more relaxed and atmospheric, as the night wears on and dinner blends into a haze of drinking, chatting, dancing and foggy memories. Don't Go Out Alone is fear; it is the terror of a person's mind at 3 am, lost and alone in the darkness. Dawn is sunrise; the darkest part is over and the protagonist is scarred but optimistic and hopeful. Alianah wrote the lyrics and features on vocals in Dawn.
