Semicolon is Jai' Eagle's first feature-length album. It's entitled Semicolon based on the basic definition of semicolon's in literature. It's the point where a sentence could've ended, but didn't.

Throughout Jai's life, he has encountered obstacle after obstacle, trial after trial, mistake after mistake. He spent lots of time living life as he saw fit, did what he wanted, when he wanted. He made some really bad decisions; decisions that could've led to an all-end. However, God didn't see fit for Jai's mistakes and stubbornness to be his biography. God stepped in in every situation and turned things around for his good. With every track in this album, you get to feel what Jai felt when his "periods" turned into "semicolons"; what he felt when every time he thought it was over for him, it was just a pause before moving forward. It's what happens when you really wait on the Lord. Isaiah 40:31.
