Grew up a small town kid from Ripley, TN. Son of Hank & Carol Walker, Matt has always a true passion for music. "You can say it all got started for me around the age of 9. Around that time, I was playing instruments like the keyboard then around age 12 it was the drums & finally at the age of 15 it was BACK to the keyboard again but this time with the rap music." Matt's always been a very versatil...e artist coming up as an underground artist & he feels that's what gets recognized most for. "I've always loved all kinds of music. Whether it be country, rock, rap, etc. I pretty much dig it all. I feel that can help anyone in the music business but there's one thing to ALWAYS remember if you're known for that one particular style you do, NEVER forget that style cause at the end of the day that was the style that got you out there in the first place. But I truly believe that's what has helped me along the way & that's being versatile with the music." Matt gives advice to all up & coming artists/musicians. "First & foremost keep God first, keep a level head & a humble heart & you will always come out on top in the end. Be willing to do your own thing & never be one to ride coattails. If your dream is bigger than you, pursue it every chance you get til you get there!"
