WPA013 makes you listen outside the box and it’s a big lesson for our ears. Chicago House, Acid, Detroit Techno, Disco, Funk, Jazz, Blues, and Rare Grooves are the inspiration behind this sound. Brought to you by ENDICOT HOUSE from the south side of Chicago. This amazing Low Profile artist grew up at a time in the late 80’s when House music was the dominating sound in the city. By the mid 90’s that sound began to fade from popularity and Mr. Endicot decided to go deeper to investigate and study the roots of the music which led him back to Disco and Rare Grooves. That is from where EH influences come from. He´s been here for long, dj’ed and produced tracks for too many years to count. Everything that he does is self taught, opting for the low-tech side because it is much closer to the roots of the music. He also prefers the shadows and the background. “The music is the forefront, not me” - says Endicot. This genuine release turns up the switch to unfold a multicolored sound reality extremely raw, but yet sonically advanced with 3 mighty and distinct original tracks. The high skilled producer and remixer Mr BC, using his magical depth straight from Edinburgh embraces the difficult task of making you travel safe while maintaining the high quality standards inside this release by making a different “ANOTHER PERCEPTION” interpretation as only he can do. Acid Driver keeps the pace using an 808 boom box with that under the floor Acid flavor and rotten flexed key hooks for Jackers to take of their Jackets, retweaking “MEDITATION”.
