Demolicious features the vocals, guitar, and songwriting of Lizabeth Yandel, the mind-bending bass work of Ian Michael Lindsay, and the complex yet groove oriented drumming of Sam Hayward. This demo attempts to tease time signature, expand key signature, and deliver inspired lyrical narrative, while still bowing humbly at the feet of the gods of groove. These tracks were created under the influence of the following drugs: Robert Glasper, Hiatus Kaiyote, Jimi Hendrix, full moons, summer heat, and Erykah Badu... to name a few. We lay this down before you with our head in the clouds, our feet on the ground, and our hearts pouring out.
