Cynefin is a collection of six new works by Welsh music-creators tasked with producing music installations for the new Grange University Hospital in South Wales. As part of the process the commissioned artists worked with communities surrounding the hospital, from choirs and bell-ringers, to poetry groups and refugees. The resulting musical works represent a diversity of styles, themes and influences, and aim to provide support, solace, peace to patients, visitors and staff at the hospital – and, through this digital release, to the wider world.
