J-Blacc came from the urban community of Phoebus located in Hampton,Va 757, and his music reflects life in the hoods of his city and surrounding communities in 757 Va. Newport News(bad news), Norfolk,Portsmouth,Va.Beach,Chesapeake,Suffolk where gangs, drugs and crime is to often the norm. After his numerous run ins with the law and time in prison Jblacc started telling his stories through rhymes over hot beats and they started instantly getting an overwhelming response on the underground.
