1979!! After the Split of Switzerlands Rockgroup No. 2 KAKTUS, Guitar Player CROWN KOCHER founded with MARK BROMAN, ALI ALLEMANN, MANY MAURER and BRIAN KOFMEHL the new Swiss Rock-Shock called KILLER. Nomen est omen... and if you ever watched a Live-Concert or put an Ear on the LPs or Compact-Discs, you know what we mean. The Band went to the New Sound Studios, Pfäffikon for the first time in 1980, when KROKUS Bassplayer Chris von Rohr produced their first Single „CRAZY DAISY“. The huge Power and Performance of this crazy Band quickly got the Attention of executive Producer Christoph Berger, who short after the Release of their first Single, managed a great Deal for KILLER with the German Record Company BELLAPHON: 3 Longplayers and Tours for 3 Years! YEAH! Well done, Chris! The first KILLER-LP called „LADYKILLER“ was recorded Spring 1981, at New Sound again. Producer „CORRY KNOBEL“ and the Boys left a real „Smasher“ with their Hymns „MIDNIGHT HIGHWAY RIDER“ and „GET OUT OF MY LIFE“.They sold over 12000 LPs in the first Quarter 1981. The Gigs became greater... Well equipped with a large King-Size P.A. and a giant Lightshow, KILLER reached the No..2 Status in Switzerland.

Sometimes in October 1982 KILLER received the fantastic and incredible Message from their Manager Chris Berger: YOU‘RE ON TOUR WITH MOTÖRHEAD! 3 Weeks in Germany as Supporting-Act with one of the most incredible Bands on Earth! This was the MEGA-Event in their Career and KILLER were very happy and proud.
