We can also develop the ability to harness our creative power and manifest our dreams and desires. In addition to the sensational way meditation makes you feel, it has been proven scientifically to improve your health, your brain and your body. Meditation can be a little frustrating at first, and you may not notice much going on while you are in meditation and that is why we are creating these tracks to support you in your experience. The real affects of meditation are felt in all other aspects of your life, rather than in the 10 or 20 minutes you spend meditating.
