Marlon Carter born South England 24th July 1985 is a dedicated Hip Hop artist and songwriter from the UK, alias Marvelous Southstar He gained popularity in the UK and oversees when he began working with local producers, artists and radio DJs. Leaving home at fifteen years old to pursue a career in music, Marvelous moved to London in 2013 to launch his music career In 2007 he successfully secured a mix-tape deal with UK Hip Hop producer Stealf on Stealf Records. Since then Marvelous has gone on to appear on several mix-tapes around the world and put out seven of his own, all of which have achieved critical acclaim Marvelous’ global networking has meant his recordings have made strong connects in the USA. After spending time building a fan base, contacts and collaborating with many names in the industry he has sparked and maintained an interest and presence in New York, Atlanta and LA. In 2013 this resulted in a head hunted distribution deal by Californian label owner of CG Records for his official worldwide single release.
