'It Starts Again' is the first single from the new album of the same name. The new album takes all that was great from the previous album, 'Tales From a Northern City,' and is strengthen by Herring's consistent band and even stronger songwriting. English Blues has been a description often used by critics, alongside sometimes anthemic and always thoughtful songs with strong lyrics. Strings, Trumpets and Keys make regular appearances on the new album alongside Herring's traditional 4 piece. Similarities have been drawn with local contemporaries, 'I Am Kloot,' and, 'The Smiths.'
