Funded by a grant from the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, Breath is the debut album by composer Timothy A. Corpus.

The album features the lush string orchestra work, Breath, composed in 2012. This piece was written in 24 hours and is dedicated to the composer's god daughter, Lucy. Also on the album are string quartet's one and two. These two very different quartet's explore rhythm, melody and harmony. The incredible performance is done by the Grant Street String Quartet.

The album was recorded at Loyola University Chicago's Music Hall by Jason Carlock of Carlock Records.
