Plus Plus is back at it again. This time around we have Dakin Auret manning the helm. Dakin brings to Plus Plus his take on a Deeper, Disco-esque sound, and strips it down even more to it's fundamental grooves in a way that only he can pull off. Between the title track "Get Get It's" bouncey bassline and "You Turn's" eerie character and atmosphere, they are sure to be those afterhour tools you reach for when the club has closed but the party hasn't stopped yet. On remix duties we have the duo Chemical Play all the way from the UK. They take Dakin's vision for "You Turn" and just add some extra umph and weight under it while complementing it with an infectious hook that will haunt you until the morning after. And finally we have the young gun Chlorophyll making his production debut. His remix of "Get Get It" is a no frills affair, with a punishing kick and hypnotic groove that just doesn't let go. Back to basics is the name of the game here, but done with style and quality that is hard to beat.
