Tin Roof Echo is the recording moniker for Asheville, NC based musician Joe Hooten. Some of the songs found on "Perfectly Flawed" were written nearly 20 years ago while others more recently. DIY ethic is the rule of the day, everything is recorded, produced, mixed and played by Hooten.
