These songs, in our album, Look Far, most all written with Mike Lammers, have a synergy. They belong together. Even though this is a collection of songs we wrote at different times, the collection here, in Look Far, fits. Our music has always been about more than the process of songwriting. Once in a while, songs are a vision. Songs which flow, unebbed from the inside of one, through our fingers and bodies to our instruments, almost effortlessly. Those are always the best ones. "Never got an answer" is one of those songs. The title track, "Look Far" is Michael's poem song of love as a young man to an elderly friend. "Wear it thin" is a pastiche of poetry and rock; disparate parts woven together as desperate call for hope, for our future. We've enjoyed making these songs for you. There's more to come....
