New Kanada presents The Ambient Parks compilation on March 17th, 2014. This 17-track compilation is comprised of "ambient-based" tracks and atmospheres, from current New Kanada artists, and also new friends. Each track represents a individual park or reserve from the Canadian National Parks system; with compositions ranging from icy sunset moments - to fossilized crystal water tones. These tracks are made for driving the long highways of the Canadian north at night; when the AM radio has faded into a crackling buzz, and the darkness warmly envelopes your line of sight. From the modern analog warmth of Fairmont's "Twin Freeks" to the rumbling edge waters of Polmo Polpo's "String Theory", from the hopeful synths of Ambalance's "Hydro Lines" to the near silence of The Mole's "Ode To Canohead" - this collection represents the dawn and dusk of the barren lands.
