Born Dec 14th, this Opa Locka Fl native migrated to Washington DC in his late teenage years. Never really having a drive to pursue music initially Jo Boy Fresh decided to try his hand at the music industry in late summer of 2010. After linking up with Ben "Durdy" Daniels from DurdyBoi Management, Jo Boy Fresh's career as a rapper began to take flight. Jo Boy Fresh's musical influences stem from southern artist such as Scarface, Ball Greezy, Geto Boys, and Trick Daddy. Jo Boy Fresh is an artist that has a story to tell which at times can be funny but in the same breath can be raw and real. What distinguishes this up and coming rap phenom from the rest is his ability to remain humble and real in spite of his early successes. His deliberate flow and charismatic delivery makes this young superstar a force that will shake up the music industry.
