For SVBKVLT’s 9th official release we are excited to present ‘Solstice’, the second solo release from Tokyo’s Prettybwoy. A regular at the legendary Drum’n’Bass Sessions and Goth Trad’s ‘Back To Chill’, Prettybwoy has been on the Tokyo circuit since 1999, but its only recently his productions have spread outside of Japan. His track ‘Kissin’ U’ was included on Big Dada’s ‘Grime 2.0’ compilation, and his first solo release came out on France’s ‘Polaar’ in May 2016. The ‘Solstice EP’ is a collection of 5 tracks made over the course of the last year. A Tokyo twist on the current sound of Grime, mixed with mind warping club trax and a sprinkling of J-Pop cuteness.
