Recorded and mixed in the winter of 2012-13, Vast Void's new EP represents yet another chapter that illustrates the trio's mission to continue exploring the sonic and melodic possibilities of mixing rock n' roll with punk and garage rock influences. Written, performed, and produced by Vast Void, and engineered by Corey Hallsted, the EP features 5 new songs plus a new rendition of "Ivy", appropriately re-titled "Pretty Ivy". Coming nearly 3 years after their previous album - the self-titled 17 track CD - "The Move It EP" is a digital-only release, with a limited vinyl edition planned for an early 2014 release. It will include a (punked-up) cover of John Lennon's "God", as well as a great demo version of the first track on the EP, "Corin".
