Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, Winkle was introduced into the music scene in 1999. When her first CD Reflection was released summer of 2000, she began sweeping the area with her soul searching lyrics and music. She got involved with a ministry called Soulworx that targeted 30 something's in the downtown area of Knoxville. It wasn't long after that when people began to take notice of her talent.
