Growing up in a small town blinded to the reality of a spinning rock on the outer rims of a ever expanding galaxy to sleeping under the stars in a concrete jungle trying to make sense of foreign ideas like precious metals circulating as currency and obtaining such metals to provide the right to exist on said "rock" after entering this dimension ( as I am aware without my consent ) by providing entertainment in the form of vibrating frequencies we call sound through taught strings and vocal chords to suddenly living in a luxurious 26th floor apartment. Then back to living in a van and traversing this spinning rock in an attempt to experience the different shapes and landscapes it has to offer. Nothing is normal and what it seems. This idea is emulated through the sonic journey which is "According to Humans" Its a bit like strolling through a seamless hills and valleys as the landscape dances around you, it is relaxed, with the chance of rain. It is detailed strain and anguish at the existential existence and adolescent obsession with finding love which gives reason to exist but it is calm as it is chaotic in the end finding acceptance in this journey we call life. From being born and questioning why to contemplating death and questioning WHY! Alter your consciousness with this music, then find a substance that alter's your consciousness some more and re listen, each time you come back to this album you will find something more you enjoy about it.
