简介
Most Wanted established its roots through out the Mid West during the late 90’s into the New Millennia at every beer soaked rock venue possible. Hailing from Ann Arbor Michigan, the band has enjoyed a steady career as road-weathered rockers touring constantly, while releasing three CD’s and a DVD over the past six years. Stone Alley Records is proud to reintroduce to you MOST WANTED. Mark Hiser heads up this dynamic group for a nightly dosage of the grind. With a tapestry of sincerely haunting vocals, you never know what the next message is going to whisper or scream into your head! Greg Kerkes, is the closest John Bonham you'll ever hear. Does Most Wanted sound like Zeppelin? Although no one on earth could be Zeppelin, you can definitely hear the influence between Hiser’s writings and Kerkes pounding rhythms. Scott Arbogast, a Jackson Michigan native is an electrifying musician with out compare. His guitar work and solos are McCreedy meets Nugent. Justin Arbogast, a young energetic bass player also from Michigan is an original! Justin's Green Day vibe and Amhet style focus put him on top of the low-end drive in Most Wanted's sound. Creative and entertaining, the group enjoyed a successful five-year stay with Megawave Records of Lansing, Michigan. In 2005 the band signed with Stone Alley Records and in February 2006 released “Welcome 2am”, a twelve-song power packed CD with plenty of guitars and drums for those in the industry needing a fix. “Mountains” and “Win” are powerful songs about perseverance. The song “Contradictions” was inspired by 911 and written two weeks after that horrifying Tuesday morning, and evolved into a genuine guitar masterpiece. The opening vocal line speaks volumes, “peace is something that we once knew, angers face is black and white, Hate on our streets now still rings true, but truth was just a pack of lies”. With no chorus line the haunting oh’s during the openings are a tribute to the departed souls buried in the smoke and ruins. “Welcome 2am” is a driving rock record busting with feelings of love, hate, sin and redemption, loaded with low-end and rock royalty vibration. Prior to their arrival at Stone Alley, Most Wanted recorded two projects and a DVD. The debut CD titled Most Wanted was recorded and released in 1998. The single "Can I See You", written the day after a close friend of the band announced he had spent several years in prison for an accidental killing prior to his involvement with Most Wanted, made radio play lists from California to New York with positive airplay. Music supervisors in Hollywood retained the sexual taunt “Beautiful” and the love struggling ballad “Bringing Home The Rain” for movie soundtrack libraries. The follow up to Most Wanted was released in September 2001 and is titled “Tattoo Girls.” This CD includes the singles "In My Life", " Crazy Little Woman" and "Tattoo Girls". The CD is tribute to the weekend warriors infiltrating the clubs week after week. With national radio play and regional distribution the song “Tattoo Girls” became a theme for the new generation of inking and piercing young women. Andy Patalan of the bands Throttle Body and Sponge, recorded, engineered and mixed the CD’s “MOST WANTED” and “Tattoo Girls”. Distribution will be through out the Midwest. Promotion will include Internet promotion, rock radio and retail promotion.
