South Devon born singer-songwriter Chris Bond uses a blend of folk roots and country styles to deliver his honest and conscious songs. Growing up deep in the country, where rolling hills meet the sea, has had a clear contribution to the calming and heart warming tone of his music. As a multi instrumentalist and producer he creates music that is diverse and varied in style, drawing influences from Reggae to Americana.

However his debut release 'Keeping On' has a coherent feel throughout. He uses acoustic instruments in combination with subtle electronics, to create a rich and atmospheric sound. Upon this, his smooth and warm vocals float effortlessly, comparative to that of 'The Kings of Convenience'. In addition, this intimate delivery combined with his guitar finger picking style is reminiscent of 'Paul Simon'.
