This guided visualization is designed to heal old wounds and beliefs we carry from childhood about not being good enough, or lovable, or acceptable as we are. These beliefs live on in our unconscious, and they are what hinder us from going totally for what we want in life. They shape our identity and affect our behavior - they make us hesitate or doubt ourselves, especially in insecure moments.

The ‘inner child’ represents the small vulnerable child you once were, who learned those ideas about not being enough as you are which still run your life. By connecting to the unconscious child space inside, this process heals old wounds and allows you to replace those negative self-beliefs with a more positive, natural and trusting concept of yourself as the unique person that you are.
