简介
It all began at, 15 White St. Spring Valley. Where Blam & K.T.’s brothers, Matthew Dow, Troy Cabell & Dwayne Loxly had a group in 1983 called ‘3 the Hard Way.’ At the time Blam & K.T. were only 8 years old, break dancing and trying to rap like their older brothers. They used to steal their brother’s notebooks of rhymes and battled anybody that was rapping in their city at the time. It’s crazy to say that at 8 years old these dude’s were knocking out the competition left and right. They created their own style off of their brother’s music. They were 10 years ahead of their time with the music they started writing. From the age of 9 ½ years old nobody could believe things that used to come out of their mouths to be so young. But it was very much true, they couldn’t believe it themselves. K.T. & Blam had a following at an early age. They started teaching young and old from their hood how to rap. Such as Saigon, who is the ‘Baby Boy’ of the camp. Now Saigon is one of the hottest Hip Hop Artists in the game. Blam & K.T. never parted. They made a pact they would never break apart no matter what the situation was. This means a lot to them. They’ve seen so many come and too many go. So many groups have broken up right before their eyes..These were groups they looked up to like the Fat Boys, Jackson 5, New Edition, Guy, etc. As they got older they’ve been through major record labels that didn’t give them the freedom’s they wanted. They have already been through the ups and downs of this industry. K.T. moved down to the south in 2003. He came out with his world wide movie, “Ghetto Fights.” That is when he and a partner, Ronnie Street, worked with 50 Cent, Mobb Deep, TQ, Saigon, Russell Simmons, Funkmaster Flex, Icons, Black Rob and many more. Blam stayed in New York and continued working on a project with KRS-One, Snoop Dogg, Redman, Nate Dogg, Jermain Paul, Burt Padell and our little brother, Saigon. Everyone in New York thought these 2 finally gave it up. Not knowing they started a base in South Florida. With a new sound that Florida or New York has never heard before. This is why the album is called, ‘The Best Kept Secret.’ Because when the word leak’s out, this will be the biggest album of all time. Guaranteed to make music lover’s drop their jaw as soon as you hear the tracks. Ramsay Records made a deal with K.T. & Blam where they finally feel comfortable signing. Knowing they are getting the deal they have been waiting for since they were 8 years old.
