简介
Lucas Ross is a local Emmy winning "D- List" TV personality from Minco, Oklahoma who plays accordion and banjo. But most of all he is a son of a beekeeper. His songs, a combination of comedy and instrumental bluegrass, paint the picture of growing up in middle America. "S.O.B.K. (We Got Bees)" is semi-autobiographical telling the stories of bee yards, stings and insect allergy. "Dee's Pill Box" paints a picture of a man visiting his small hometown after a decade and finding the old drug store vacant, getting chased by local authorities and running into an old fling. "Questions" answers the famous query that indeed there are stupid questions. Even in the form of puns. "Simon's Song" a lullaby. "Gus Handke" the theme song of a local hero and everyone's friend. "Oprah Don't Go" All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. "Epic Frail (Southern Aristocracy/Agelina Baker)" a clawhammer medley based on traditional banjo tunes, arranged by the performer. "Pirate Girlfriend" with a special appearance by Cameron Spencer he and Lucas reunite as Bodacious LC in this sea shanty. "Arthy's Empty Birdhouse" written after losing a beloved family member. This song has the stages of life and death, hurt and healing. "Running with the Banjo" having outstayed his welcome the banjo player must outrun an angry mob who have had enough of his mediocre picking. Inspired by Steve Martin, Ray Stevens, Weird Al and Roger Miller, Lucas has brought you an after-dinner mint's worth of music.
