Whitebrow is the Toronto-based, folk-blues, Canadelta-voodoo project by singer/songwriter Gabriel DeSantis. Mono Vodou is the follow up to 2013's self-titled debut, recorded over two weeks in an empty, 150-year-old church in rural Burlington, Ontario. Le Discolab in France says, “Whitebrow is quite possibly the best folk album of this year.” Quick Before it Melts described the record as “creeky, creepy and utterly compelling.” The Toronto Star called it “Extraordinary” giving it 1st place on their anti-hit list, while CBC Radio's Here and Now selected “I Will Follow You Down” as the song of the week, citing the album as “Truly Special."
