简介

Axel Foley is a Rapper from Minneapolis, MN. He raps about Life and his experinces in Life. Learning, growing, partying, having fun, friends, love, adventures and much more all (w)rapped up in d**e lyrics and melodic skills on the mic I just released a mixtape titled ‘Maroon Goon’ on Soundcloud. It’s a rap mixtape over edm beats. It features beats from some of my favorite electronic producers such as Gramatik, Pretty Lights, and Flume. It’s fun party music with some added insight and spiritual guidance. In the short time I’ve been performing I’ve been able to hit a lot of d**e stages with an impressive list of headliners. Last year I played Sound Set with my boy Manny Phesto. We played the same stage as Vince Staples, Vic Mensa, and Brother Ali. We also hit Summer Set Music Festival in WI where we opened up for acts like G Easy, Bone Thugs, GRiZ, Tune Yards and more. I’ve Traveled all over the country performing in places like Philly and Denver, and I even hit Mexico City for Festival Ajusco which was a crazy tight experience. With out much blog or press coverage I’ve established a decent following here in the Twin Cities and I’m looking to expand my reach more nationally with help from some connections out west. "Foley has created an album that is Minneapolis party music It’s as if an MC created an album to be played while Cartoon Networks’ Adult Swim is playing on repeat in the background of a buck wild house party, Axel Foley’s new album MØØd is notably upbeat, weird enough to make the listener curious while head-bobbing and jam-packed with cosmic beats. Each track brings the eardrums to a new place of celebrating life through getting loose. One of the most satisfactory tracks is “Javelin,” which truly shows Foley’s lyrical talents. The lyrics bounce between love interests, body buzzes One of the best parts about this album is that no track needs to be skipped, it has a continuous joyous vibe and the guests that appear, such as Muja Mussiah, throw in a certain reassurance that this supported by local hip hop powerhouses"
