Kenny Lewis & One Voice is a group of young people who were divinely chosen to form a ministry in January of 1999 to spread the unconventional love of Jesus Christ through their unique style of music. This choir has been a positive influence in that some of its members were once affiliated with gangs and were locked into negative things this society can bring. Now, they are clean, decent hard working people who have given their lives to Christ Jesus and are on a mission to share God’s news with others. This choir has drawn “standing room only” audiences to their engagements both local and out-of-state. Filled with dramatic energy and outstanding vocal discipline, KL & OV has shared the stage with artists such as: Kurt Karr & The Kurt Karr Singers, Jerald V. Gray and New Direction, Mary Mary, Yolanda Adams and Donald Lawrence and The Tri-City Singers. Kenny Lewis isn’t new to the gospel industry. Kenny has sung, directed, written, recorded, and made appearances with many of todays hottest artists including: Ricky Dillard & New G, Mark Hubbard and Voice for Christ, Adrian B. King & Reverence and Albertina Walker. Kenny Lewis & One Voice decided to voyage into the gospel of the Lord by shutting in for one week to derive the inspiration, motivation and dedication from the Power of the Holy Spirit to write, rehearse and produce the The Bridge before the live performance recording.
