Ty McAllister is a Dallas, TX based singer/songwriter. He writes in a variety of styles and writes on a wide array of instruments, including: guitar, piano, mandolin, drums, accordion, harmonica, and more. The lyrics that he writes express the constant struggles, joys, and angst-filled emotions that he experiences as a twenty year old. His lyrics often make it seem to him as if there are "two souls stuck inside me and they fight", as his lyrics say. Ty McAllister enjoys combining different elements from different genres and styles to produce a unique yet cohesive creation. As a Christian, his hope is that the creativeness in his music will reflect God's love for creating. He is currently writing music out of his passion for songwriting, as well as his passion to see positive change happen. The profits from this EP are being put towards the startup of an anti-human trafficking organization that he and a friend are starting called Freedom 418.
