"Darya Del" is Mahdieh Mohammadkhani's first ever album released in 2013. This album features original compositions by Majid Derakhshani and two arrangements of well known Persian songs, "Jâvdâneh" being the rarely heard 2nd part of the very famous song "Morgh-e Sahar", and "Âtash-e Del". Melodies that will undoubtedly last many generations. Mahdieh Mohammadkhani is a young and up and coming female vocalist from Iran. She puts on a great display of technique, affection, kindness, and understanding of her Iranian heritage in "Darya Del".
