简介
NuDawn Records It all started in London, UK. A few American military members with a love for hip-hop stationed over seas. They came together under another independent label, Big Bite Records. Two products of Chicago, Dimes, a multitalented musician and businessman met Quest an immaculate lyricist and producer. The foundation was laid, Soon after Quest brought Carolina Heat aboard. Carolina Heat aka Dj 5411, one of the most talented unknown producers brought a dirty south feel, which made the team that much more diverse. Then, Dimes flew in Cane from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Cane brought depth and substance making the label much more complete. After a few shows in Central London Big Bite released a compilation album that saw success in the UK, as well as Michigan, and Florida. However, due to a fall out with management, the foundation of Big Bite formed a label, NuDawn Records. This first release, NuDawn Presents ND Volume I., shows the labels immense versatility. It is a compilation of songs from various artist with-in the label and also a few guest appearances. Quest lays potent lyrics over club bangers, "Thats how we do", and "Move to this" and he packs dance floors with a Dimes and M1 collaboration, "Bounce". Cane delivers the pain, in anger inspired, "Lost Soul" and reaches the ladies with the story of a failed relationship, "One Last Chance". Carolina Heat keeps people partying with witty lyrics and ridiculous beats in, "Nu South" and "All My People", as well as producing "Down Here", a Blazing Club Banger, by Southern Bred. Also, Appearing courtesy of Dirt Sound Productions is Izy D**e, with Grand Rapids radio hit, "State to State", and the lyrically brilliant, "Graphic Page".
