This is an ancient Buddhist Meditation that Cindra received from Guru NamaDeva, whom received it from Dr. Leon Wright, whom received it from the Abbott at a Burmese Buddhist Temple over 70 years ago. It has been accredited with spontaneous healings. Cindra experienced waves of Bliss and color the first time she participated. She has participated and taught in so many different meditation styles that she feels like a bit of an expert, in deciding which ones are truly special. This one is so special she teaches it first in her Red Circle Healing Meditation Program. Students do a 21 day practice of Burmese Breath and then a 21 day practice for each of another 5 equally powerful styles of meditation. The beauty of this meditation is that everyone feels a positive effect and find it truly easy to feel like they have entered into a relaxed and beneficial state.
