In Indonesian Javanese, the word 'Manunggal' signifies 'unity'. Nur Azreen Shahira binti Mohd Roszi, Dhiviya A/P Ramesh and Lai Ci Yin composed this instrumental piece, which is performed in a gamelan ensemble. It exemplifies the attitude of togetherness and collaboration among communities of all races and cultures. A peaceful environment is expressed through complex tunes and interlocking melodies. The composers aim to emphasise the concept of a multi-racial society, to be accepting of one another and work together.
