简介
Synopsis of the Tale: Enter Hershel, a dwarf known as the Fairy Tailor, who tells the tale of triplets born to Queen Millicent and her slimy Frog Prince (who hopped off long ago –or who’s been long gone); whom she named Rapunzel, Cinderella and Snow White ("Oy Vey What a Day"). Weaving his tale, the story comes to life before our eyes. The young Queen holds her three newborn girls and sings a lullaby ("Sweet Hearts"). Suddenly the Queen's sister, mean Witch Winifred, appears, and places a curse on the babies ("Rock A Bye Bye Bye"). The evil spell vanishes each child into her own 'fairy tale' to grow up unaware of who they really are until they all find true love simultaneously as the words "Rapunzarella White" are spoken aloud three times. The Queen is devastated and Witch Winifred “POOF” disappears too!!!! Time rushes on ("Oy Vey Reprise"), and the now grown-up princesses have their own problems to deal with ("Woe Is Me"). Each girl dreams of a handsome prince arriving to help them escape from the miserable life they know. Meanwhile in the kingdom next door, a very vexed King Rosenbutter is prepping his three now-of-marriage-age Princes, to venture out into the world to find wives ("You Are Rosenbutters"). The elder brothers, Beau and Barry, depart immediately, but Burly Bob first needs more advice from mother. Beau, in his Princess quest, arrives at the tower where Witch Winifred has Rapunzel confined and hears Rapunzel singing ("This Life Is For The Birds"). Its love at first site and Beau begins to plan a rescue mission ("My Heart Has Wings"). The some what dimwitted Burly Bob visits his mom, Queen Rhoda, who is enjoying new found freedom in being estranged from her boys and husband King Rosenbutter ("Free Yesserie"). Although annoyed, she promises to throw Burly Bob a ball to help him find his bride. Somewhere in the woods, Witch Winifred, in disguise, tricks Snow White in to eating a poisoned apple ("Never Talk To Strangers"). Snow White falls down seemingly dead. Cinderella's stepmother and stepsisters receive invites to Burly Bob's ball, but taunt and forbid Cindy from attending ("Nothing But A Klutz"). Beau returns to Rapunzel, gains access to the tower and tells her he’s falling in love ("My Heart Has Wings Reprise"). Cinderella is visited by her "fairy god-brother" Syd, who gives her a magical makeover and gets her to the ball in time to bump into Burly Bob. Sparks fly, but Cinderella must exit the ball at midnight. At the stroke of twelve she dashes away, leaving Burly Bob with only her glass shoe. Barry comes upon Herschel guarding Snow White. She’s not dead but in a deep enchanted slumber. He wakes her up with a kiss and she pledges herself to him under one condition ("Please Don't Feed Me Apples"). After visiting almost every house in the kingdom to find the girl who fits the shoe, Burly Bob arrives at Cinderella's house where he’s reunited with his true love ("A Perfect Me And You"). Everyone winds up at Rosenbutter's castle. Each prince calls for Rapunzarella White and the spell is broken. Millicent is reunited with her girls, and Winifred reveals why she cast the spell in the first place. Millicent and Winifred forgive each other and become loving sisters once more ("Sweet Hearts"). Hershel performs the three weddings and they all live happily every after ("Love Is All"). THE END
