These six prophetic songs have been birthed out of a very real relationship with my Father GOD, through Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah, and by His Holy Spirit. He is my glorious Lord and Saviour who miraculously has turned my life around from hopelessness to blessing and made possible this first album, "The Sound of A Different Drummer". My heart's desire is to minister to Him and please Him! He has called me to five fold ministry as a prophet, to minister in song, and dance, to love and encourage, and speak of Him who is The Way, The Truth and The Life, for people to be set free from bondage, and with training and equipping, come into their calls. Song 1: "I have a dream" is my heart for GOD's people. Song 2: "Give it over" is GOD's heart for us; yearning for an intimate relationship with us. Song 3: "The Joy of The LORD / Mighty Forerunners" is a song of encouragement for GOD's courageous people who are willing to restore His truths to the Nations whilst being perfected in love. Song 4: "What ya doing in your spare time?" was birthed at a desperate time in my life when I shut myself off from people as I needed to be alone with GOD. In this time GOD revealed His heart to me concerning the state of His church. Song 5: "I will trust in GOD" is a revelation I received from Proverbs 3; a reminder that I cannot trust in myself but instead I need to hear from GOD to lead me in every area of my life. Song 6: "Drunk in The SPIRIT" is a breakthrough song that came to me the morning after an apostolic and prophetic worship meeting where I was filled with GOD's Holy Spirit! GOD encouraged me with HIs solutions in His Word and with much joy from His Spirit! The Kingdom of GOD is righteousness, peace and joy in The Holy Spirit! As a passionate songwriter I am inspired by GOD's Word and GOD's Spirit, and all the songs are original, written by me and sung with my guitar. The title "The Sound of A Different Drummer" is the title GOD gave me for my first album seven years before the album was birthed. The process of getting the album to digital distribution has taken two years. As I play the guitar simply, for this album I sang only, and was blessed to be supported by accomplished musicians. And belonging to a greater network of people, I have been blessed with support and input from a multitude of people. Dan Hannaford, a creative and passionate singer/songwriter, worshipper, and musician did inspiring back up vocals and played accoustic and electric guitars on the album blessing me by putting his heart and soul into the album. Alex Averi, a creative genius and worshipper, played breathtaking cello on the album, as well as blessing me with vocal instruction. The album was faithfully and dynamically recorded, mixed and mastered by Brett Hamilton at Empowered Sounds, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The beautiful photography is by Andrew Halsall of Andrew Halsall Photography, with the photos taken locally at Currumbin Beach on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The artwork and graphics was skillfully done by Andrew for my album cover and cd. My painting called "Revelation", is Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah, coming back on His white horse. This picture is my logo and is the painting on the Back Cover of my album. It is inspired by the Book of Revelation, the last book in The Holy Bible, Authorized Version, prophesying the return of The KING of Kings! Trish Whelan, a prophetic artist, graphic designer and singer/songwriter encouraged me to learn to hear harmonies, and to use this painting on my album cover. Tim Cassidy blessed me with instruction to paint prophetically. Josephine Mear has blessed me with her technical savvy with setting up my website/blog and helping me with my CD Baby application! James at Music Media, who was much help to me in the field of music, manufactured the digipaks/cd replications.
