Millo Torres Y El Tercer Planeta was formed in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1996. Millo Torres, a Berklee School of Music Alumni (1993) writes, arranges and produces his own music. \"My music influences come from growing up in such a musical island\" says Millo. I grew up listening to Carlos Santana, Ismael Rivera\"s and Rafael Cortijo\'s salsa music, Fania All Stars, The Beatles, James Brown, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh to name a few. \"All this artists represent some kind of influence in my music\" Millo adds

El Tercer Planeta means \"Third Planet\". It is a celebration and a reminder to all, of the beauty of our planet earth, the need to protect it for generations to come, and our music as an universal language to help achieve this.
