Ethyline is a punk band, formed out of the shards of former Chicago punk rockers, Sludgeworth. In the 90's, legendary bands like The Offspring and Green Day opened for this great band! Ethyline is a more melodic than Sludgeworth, and they showcase that quality on their second LP release, "Long Gone", on Wild West Records. The LP is full of powerful melodies, blazing guitars, and superb lead vocals by lead singer Matt Bessemer. Influences include Foo Fighters, Jimmy Eat World, Goo Goo Dolls.
