'Bubble Music' is an electronic music album about love and parasitism. The titular track is an electro-pop bop sung by an evil personification of love and romance that won't let you go. 'Lunar Love', 'Gambit', and 'Shell' create characters that struggle with a central fault - whether it be an inability to connect with others (LL), the fear of taking risks (Gambit), or mental collapse and insecurity (Shell). 'since U' and 'December' are two electronic jams with more honest lyrics about the failure of an intense relationship and how we move on (or don't). The music was independently produced using Ableton Live 9 and Native Instruments' Massive. The majority of the production work was done by Clement Turner, the sole member of Clam, though some production was also done by Ian Burke, a very close friend. 20-year-old Clement has been working in Ableton on and off since high school, but 'Bubble Music' is their debut long-form project.
