DA’ Right Entertainment presents the music from the inspirational stage play Love Happened by Chance written by Twana Lawler, with Music by Jerome Brooks Jr. and Directed by Dwight Ali Williams About The performers Ayana George a gifted vocalist has been blessed to work in ministry with gospel “greats” such as Shirley Caesar, Karen Clark-Sheard, J.Moss, Donald Lawrence, Kim Burrell, Marvin Sapp, Hezekiah Walker & LFCC and Pastor Donnie McClurkin to name a few. Ayana most recently appeared as a background vocalist on the third season of the BET television show “Sunday's Best”. Her future musical endeavors include a gospel cd release in 2012. Laketchia Pebbles Grubb is a recognized preacher, singer, and songwriter who has shared the stage with many of gospel’s elite. She has opened for such renowned artists as Fred Hammond, Karen Clark Sheard, Tye Tribbett, Hezekiah Walker, the late Pastor Timothy Wright, and Daniel Winans to name a few. Pebbles has appeared in several small gospel stage productions across the United States and currently serves as the Minister of Music and Arts at True Holy Church in Brooklyn, NY. Delano Barbosa, performed as part of the Boston area music group N2U for many years before stepping out on his own solo career. He in the process of finishing his solo debut album with an international flare blended with R&B, ZOUK sounds and some house music. Delano has had the opportunity to perform some of his new music at the Akon Concert in the Cape Verde Islands off the west coast of Africa. As an Actor, Delano can currently be seen in a hit video for the song Far Away by Marsha Ambrosius which is currently cable network s, BET and VH1, Music Video of the year. His Film Credits include Disney’s “The Game Plan” Starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as a featured football player. He's currently performing on stage as part of the cast of the Hit Off-Broadway play “Black Angels Over Tuskegee” by Layon Gray. Kassie Carroll is a recent graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has spent the last 4 years working at regional and summer stock theaters while attending school. Some of here favorite roles that she has portrayed include: Logainne (The 25th Annual...Spelling Bee), Yellow Girl (SHOUT! The Mod Musical), Linoleum (The Great American Trailer Park Musical), Dolly Tate (Annie Get Your Gun), Woman 2 (Flipside: the Patti Page Story), Gloria (Summer of ’42), Chastity (Anything Goes), Liz Imbrie (High Society) and Sookie/Sunflower (Mr. Marmalade). Bernadette Cleare began studying voice and piano at age 9 and theater in high school. At age 17, her music teacher Jerry Harris arranged for her to sing an entire evening in concert for James Brown. She received a Master of Music degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Classically trained, she is currently working on her second Christian album which includes the single release entitled "Promotion" due out in 2011. Some credits include: Sweeney Todd (quartet/chorus) Carolina Regional Theater, The Right to Life (Reporter) Lamb's Theater, Gospel Music Association/Dove Awards- Nashville Conference Showcase,Tom Jackson, performing with artists Kurtis Blow,Bobby Jones,Wycliffe Gordon,Chorale Le Chateau/Wynton Marsalis Royale Mosley last starred in the role of Maxi in Robin Baker's "Dying to Live”in Washington D.C's Black Theater Festival. Other credits include:Robin Baker's “Best Kept Secrets” (Total Praise Generation Productions) ; Johannes Galli's ”The Little Mermaid” (Galli Theater); Deborah Greenhut's "Jimmies" (Howard's Frog Productions) for which she garnered a Best Actress Nomination in Riant Theater's Strawberry Festival;Van Dirk Fisher's musical ”Dreambabies ”(Riant Theater); Karen Brody's ”Birth” (SaviProductions). ”Film: True Story” (Directed by Rasheed Wilds); and, “A Dangerous Place”(Directed by Greg Corrado). Jerome Brooks Jr. has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory. He was a singer in Switzerland's "Circus Conelli" in 2010-2011 and has also performed in Germany, Turkey, Italy, Austria, and Japan. Jerome also worked as the Music Director for Sunday Gospel and Jazz Brunch at the Soul Cafe airing on the TV Show "New York Undercover". He is the face of the keyboard player on the cover and in the commercial for the widely popular, Rock Band 3 game. Currently, Jerome is featured in the upcoming release of the feature film, “Art= (Love)2”. Her days were full taking care of her business needs as well as the needs of her grandchildren. Denise struggled to get to that place that the God intended, but she did not want to face the hurt that lingered within. When she was nearing a breakthrough she felt a lump in her breast. What more can happen to keep her from getting to that special place in life? By the urging of her friend she decided to visit a therapist. She needed a listening ear in order to share her family struggles and to let go of the pain. She is the author of a children’s book that teaches how to deal with social issues. She greatly enjoys the creative process of writing and bringing those ideas to life. Twana has written for online magazines as well as her own online family magazine entitled, EMBRACE Family Magazine. The Producer and Director: Dwight Ali Williams Executive Producer and Director is the founder and CEO of DA’ Right Entertainment. As a child, Dwight Ali experienced the entertainment world by working in commercial print and television commercials. After a break from the business as a teen, Dwight Ali returned to acting on stage. His stage credits include “For This Reason… A Love Story”; “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat”; “Amen Corner”; “A Family’s Play”; “A Soldier's Play”; and “The Red Lamp”. He also is active in singing, dancing, song writing, producing, set design, and directing. Dwight Ali has also Directed a number of Productions including the New York Premieres of “He Said, She Said: A Romantic Comedy” by Shawn Luckey, “Love’s Gonna Get Ya!” By James and Michele Woodson and “Die Laughing the Stage Play” by Marq Overton which staring Kevin “dot com” Brown of NBC’s Emmy Award Winning 30 Rock in its run at the World Famous Laugh Factor. “Die Laughing” took a look at one man's life who is stricken with breast cancer and his struggle to push past the façade of ignorance and arrogance, in a quest to arrive at awareness and ultimate redemption.
