Humphrey Lyttelton - or "Humph" as friends used to call him - was one of the great representants of New Orleans Style Jazz that was cultivated in Great Britain during the Fifties and Sixties of the 20th Century. "Humph" the Jazz Giant, his name stands in one line with other great British Jazzmen as Chris Barber or Mr. Acker Bilk.
