J Ross, is a larger than life 6 foot 6 Scotian (He hails from Halifax N.S.) he’s a rapper, singer and producer who comes from a rich family history. He has an amazing ancestry, some coming from “ The Underground Railroad “. To be a part of such a rich part of Canadian history for black people, it is no wonder J Ross is such a passionate and diverse artist. J Ross uses his diverse talents to create songs that people can relate to. Not only is he the main voice and writer of these songs but he also creates and produces the heavy, rich and banging beats that accompany the lyrics for the majority of his songs. Never sticking to just one type of vibe/song, J Ross prides himself on being versatile and is always pushing the creative limits of his music. This diversity is also a part of his everyday life as he is diagnosed with an eye disease called “ Retinitis Pigmentosa “ which leaves him with a severe visual impairment for which reason he has been diagnosed as legally blind. This definitely does not hold this artist back by any means as it galvanizes and pushes J Ross to continue his musical exploits to the fullest. Prophesied Promo Bio Prophesied, comes from a rich and intricate family background. Some of his family also came through “The Underground Railroad” like J Ross. (He’s also Scotian, born and raised in Halifax). He has Native roots and European family ties as well. Prophesied is a gifted singer/rapper who writes & produces his own bass heavy melodic beats and being a musician plays a couple instruments. Being a dancer for many years he also does some dance choreography when he finds time. He’s managing partner with J Ross in their program Rap 4 Reason and is a Martial-Arts instructor who still teaches Self-Defense privately. He also has productions upcoming in a burgeoning acting career with himself and J Ross currently working on projects including a hilarious comedy show, which will be on you tube in the near future. Amazingly enough, even with all this going on, he collaborated with J Ross on the artist’s forthcoming album “Such Is Life” along with being heavily featured on the album as well. He’s also in developmental stages of a solo as yet untitled album projected to be available in fall of 2017.
