We see our music as an offering and as a calling forth of things from heavenly realms. As we offer up our praise, we are listening to the sounds of heaven and endeavoring to bring those sounds down to earth to be proclaimed to the nations. In that vein, we often move from set patterns and allow the Spirit to extend during a typical worship service, pursuing the prophetic as He leads. We are not overly concerned with finding a set style or group sound as much as we are looking for where God is moving and joining Him where He is—even calling ahead and proclaiming where He will move next. That said, we certainly have our individual timbres and tastes which He gave us and from which we achieve a sound that we feel is home-grown, birthed from the soil of the Shenandoah Valley like a fine Virginia wine. If we did not bring this sound, the rock and trees would cry out, right?
