The entire project was created, produced, performed, arranged, and mixed by Key Jay himself, with some help from guest artists and musicians. Key Jay's approach is usually noted as dynamic considering the live approach he often takes with his music. As common to many of his musical productions, his music is not really a set genre; not quite electronic, not quite hip-hop, jazz, etc. Rather, it is a healthy blend of many genre's to create an almost universal quality, appealing to many walks in the world of music.

The project was actually created by accident as Key Jay simply wanted to experiment with something new and not really familiar with; starting with a test track and getting away from the usual R&B/Hip-Hop tracks he's used to creating. The resulting experience he stated not only taught him so much about himself, but he states was probably the most fun he had in the studio in a long time! He states that it took a little research and even though the results weren't entirely what he was expecting or looking for, he is entirely pleased with the overall end result.
