My Life In The Service started coming together a few years ago. After playing a few shows in support of the Chicago EP, the musicians who helped me out on tour and I went our separate ways. A few months later I discovered a small book owned by my Grandfather during World War II. The book gave me the title for the record, and provided the inspiration for many of the songs. I hope you all enjoy it.
