Carly Tefft, “The singer-songwriter phenomenon from Cape Cod,” as stated by the Boston Globe has released the first single, “Sincere Soul” off her sophomore album “Tell It All.” Recorded at the renowned Darkhorse Studios in Nashville, TN, the expected album release date is early summer of 2013.

Music lovers can expect a soulful and energetic performance, no matter the venue solo and with her band as shown at her recent series of performances from Massachusetts and Nashville to Pittsburgh and Rhode Island. Carly Tefft creates an alternative sound all her own. If the Berklee College of Music student's honest lyrics, full voice and rhythmic guitar skills don't grab your attention, her red hair just might.

At just 19, Tefft has hit the ground running: most recently a nominee for “Singer/Songwriter of the Year” of Limelight Magazine Awards as well as winning the online fan voted Tyler Ward Opening Act Contest and the Gavin DeGraw Cover Contest sponsored by Gigg.com. She has shared the stage with Tyler Ward, Entrain, Kingsfoil, and Jillian Jensen. Her first independent studio EP, “Loud and Clear,” was released in March of 2012 on iTunes, Spotify CD Baby and Amazon.com. Her songs have hit many Massachusetts airwaves such as MIX104.1fm, 95.9fm WATD, 92.7fm WMVY, 101.9 WCIB “The Cheap Seats." Tefft has also had in-studio performances at 92.9WBOS, FUN107fm, and WATD 95.9fm. In a recent review, Kathleen Szmit of The Barnstable Patriot says, “an album that could easily hold its own against the likes of Gwen Stefani, Hayley Williams, Sara Bareilles and, yes, Taylor Swift."
